CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. All CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more. These are the core movements of life. They move the largest loads the longest distances, so they are ideal for maximizing the amount of work done in the shortest time. Intensity is essential for results and is measurable as work divided by time—or power. The more work you do in less time, or the higher the power output, the more intense the effort. By employing a constantly varied approach to training, functional movements and intensity lead to dramatic gains in fitness.

CrossFit Kids

CrossFit Kids is designed to improve the general physical preparedness (GPP) of young people and set them up for a lifetime of fitness. The program is about broad, general, inclusive fitness, and making fitness fun is a major focus.

Hardcharger Bootcamp

We have decided to implement a new program that will be suited for all fitness levels.  The bootcamp WODs will follow the same style of programming that has been very effective for our athletes but will allow the coaches more options for scaling to accommodate all fitness levels. These are not watered down workouts.  These workouts will be challenging for all of our athletes.  Like our regular programming, these workouts will be different and challenging each day.  If you are bored with the same old thing or not getting the results you want from your workouts then come and give Hardcharger Bootcamp a try!

PERSONAL TRAINING

Whatever your goals are we can find the right coach to help you reach them. You have the freedom to schedule a one on one hour session for what best fits your schedule.  Become fitter, stronger, leaner, or get better for an upcoming event or sport.

SPORT SPECIFIC TRAINING/TEAM TRAINING

Training in the off season can be achieved at a high level to get ready for that next season. I love working with the young athletes from this area to improve their strength and conditioning. I also think that its a lot of fun for the athletes.
