Our flagship High-Intensity General Physical Preparedness program designed on a 60 minute timeline. The most refined GPP program out there. Train to be ready for anything! Expect to see us step our game up even more. We’ve ID’d several areas of opportunity to improve the program overall, and we will be implementing all of these! Every day, every week for the entire year…workouts, briefs, videos, and all the supplemental materials will be delivered to you neat and timely. We pride ourselves on doing the common uncommonly well. We will work tirelessly to avoid drop-outs and stay relentlessly consistent. The nuts and bolts of our program will not change. We will still build our workouts through the lens of functionality, variance, and intensity. The workouts will be built to deliver the greatest gain in general physical preparedness through consistent broad stimulus exposure.

NCGO

NCGO – NCGO is the best High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) program athletes can find at home, on the road, or just getting after it on the go. And all that’s really needed to get started is your Body, a pair of Dumbbells and a Jump Rope. NCGO is designed to give athletes amazing fat-burning and muscle-building workouts 7-days a week with minimal equipment. NCGO athletes won’t need to spend hours at the gym to get the results they want. Monday through Sunday we’ve got it covered all the way from your warm-up and workout to your cool-down and core finisher…all in about 45 minutes or less. Every NCGO workout is designed specifically around a major movement focus that will keep athletes on track and guarantee the best results. From our complete Full-Body workouts to Push x Pull or Sweat workouts, athletes get their best workout in every workout. Let’s GO!

NC COMPETE

NCCOMPETE – NCCOMPETE is a competitive programming track designed by the NCFIT Programming team. NCCOMPETE pays homage to NCFIT’s rich history of success in the sport of fitness while paving the way forward for athletes looking to compete exclusively in online or local competitions. The goal of NCCOMPETE is to create an effective and fun training blueprint that will help these athletes improve their overall performance. We specifically do not program with the needs of the “professional” fitness athletes in mind. Through NCCOMPETE, our target athletes will gain access to the specific tools they need to succeed in both online and local competitions. Each training day is designed to be completed in less than 90 minutes and includes three parts: Part A = Conditioning, Part B = GPP (NCMETCON), and Part C = Strength / Skill. By taking this three-pronged approach NCCOMPETE produces well-rounded and well-prepared athletes…ready to tackle competition at any time during the year. NCCOMPETE pairs seamlessly with NCMETCON making it extremely easy and effective when integrating into the gym.

SPORT SPECIFIC TRAINING/TEAM TRAINING

Training in the off season can be achieved at a high level to get ready for that next season. I love working with the young athletes from this area to improve their strength and conditioning. I also think that its a lot of fun for the athletes.
